Glen Douglas Road End, Loch Long

Travel directions: If approaching from south, take A817 through Glen Fruin turning right at roundabout onto the A814 and continue north. The parking is just up the minor road signposted (signpost now falled down or been knocked down) for Glen Douglas 4.7 miles north of Green Kettle Inn. From Arrochar, it is 3.6 miles south of the Pit Stop diner.
Parking directions: Parking for two/three cars just up the minor road to Glen Douglas.
From Little Chef, Milton: 27.4 miles via Arrochar, 45 minutes

Site entry/exit: Kit up by car, cross A814 and over the barrier about 20m south of the junction. There is a fairly easy path onto flat slippery rocks with seaweed.
Underwater directions: Swim straight out to 15m then turn right up the loch. There are said to be a number of short walls/drop offs from 15 to 30m and generally like a smaller version of the Caves. If you swim straight out down the slope you will bottom out about 60m.
