I dived twice with Allan (of Academy of Diving) on the Diving Belle last year. Chris, the skipper, has dived the waters around Oban for years and knows the divesites well. It is a solid boat - ex naval cutter - with a big warm wheelhouse. You will not be disappointed with these trips. I would go but have other plans on both dates.

We dived the Shuna, Thesis (x2), Hispania and Breda (x2) during three days. Two dives a day. The wrecks Chris will put you on will depend on the tide at the planned dive times. Look at the Divesite Directory for the Divernet Wrecktours.

Thanks Alex, you have saved me the need to reply with your in depth description of the proposed sites. We may also be able to dive the Rhondo depending on tides. Also anyone wishing to do wreck or deep speciality courses can do them on these trips at the greatly discounted price of £120 including books and certification.. normally £220. A great chance to do these courses the way they are meant to be done and not swimming round a rowing boat at the 29 steps.... lol I have had a word with the dolphins and they assure me they will make an appearance again at some point ..lol .. On a serious note, we learned a lot from last years trips. We have decided this year to include more in the package. simply because it is easier and cheaper to arrange discounts on meals etc if booked together. We have also upgraded the menu on board the Diving Belle to provide a better choice. The food last year was excellent but we are always looking to improve and have acted on suggestions from those on board last year. Anyone wishing further info can visit my web site www.scubauk.org or phone me.We dived the Shuna, Thesis (x2), Hispania and Breda (x2) during three days. Two dives a day.
