Jet fins, another bargain from ebay
Lidl special, Pegaso. Kept in the dive box as backups, I prefer my knock-off Jets.
Mask:
Lidl special, Pegaso. nice clear design with excellent peripheral view. (so good I bought another as a spare)
Technisub, big enough airspace to use as a pony! ;)
BCD/Wing:
Custom Divers TDB, SS Backplate and harness.
Custom Divers TBK Sport. (never used / part of my "pool kit" if I ever went to the pool)
Mares [insert_model_here] with Apeks Octo+ (Mk1) Inflater/Octopus. (never used)

<strike>And now I've got a box to put the gear in. No idea what the box's original cargo was, for the last 10-15 years it's lived it's life as a small sandbox so it's only fitting it should get to see the sea.</strike>
Back to using a collection of bags (ND for suit, CD for wing and Puma for everything else).
