I'm moving house at the moment so I've just realised how much sh..., er, kit I've acquired over the years...
Suits: Otter Brittanic, ND compressed neoprene, ROHO 7mm neoprene, Typhoon membrane, DMS neoprene, Warmbac 5mm wetsuit, Dacor 6mm wetsuit, Imersion 5mm wetsuit, 3mm wetsuit.
Cylinders: twin 12's, twin 10's, twin 7/300's, a couple of US ally stage bottles, five 3's, two ally 12 stages, two ally 7 stages, various 6's and 7's (ex-BA bottles) and a couple of argon bottles.
Dive Rite ally backplate with a single piece harness, Dive Rite Classic wing, Zeagle wing, Seapeks BCD, Zeagle Ranger, Dragon ASM harness.
Regs: four Apeks TX40's, a pair of Poseidon Cyklones and one Jetstream, a couple of Scubapro regs (don't know what they are) and an AIR II (in bits).
Gauges: Uwatec dive timer, Aladin Pro (original version with user changeable battery), Suunto Companion. SPG's don't have any brand on them, just small, brass cased gauges. I use a cut-down Silva walking compass.
Torch: Halcyon Pro 14 (too big, too unreliable), two AUL Spectrum 14's (one is knackered), small Custom Divers umbilical (knackered), Scubapro umbilical (knackered), RoHo umbilical (knackered), Nite Rider umbilical (knackered), UK400R (knackered). I use Princeton Tec LED's as backup torches and I have a couple of Pelican Sabrelites as spares.
Fins: rubber jetfins, a pair of Mares Trivanti fins for holiday and a pair of Cressi freediving fins.
Mask: Omer Alien masks as main and backup, and a Sphera freediving mask.
Reels: Dive Rite main reel and a 40m spool of line as a backup (£4 from a chandlery). Lft bag or SMB depending on where I'm diving.
Rebreathers: Classic KISS and a Draeger Ray converted to closed circuit and various homebuilds in various stages of disaster.
I need to get rid of most of all this crap.
