I've noticed a few messages and emails flying around about how long it takes certain dive centres to service tins, etc.
If you have a positive or negative experience from a supplier, shop, boat or whatever, you can contribute to its star rating on the directory. For example, I am about to go to the directory to give Aquatron a 4-star rating, because my experience is mostly positive (price match, good value, generous with air cards, etc.) but sometimes they can be a bit slow with repairs and not great at communicating how long things will take (Kash emailed round this morning about a problem he had last week). Hence not 5 stars. The more people who contribute to the star rating of a supplier, the more accurate it will become. You can also leave comments in teh directory.
Please, however, avoid being emotional. Just the facts, please.
Hopefully, over time, this will be a valuable source of customer feedback for all the businesses and professionals who provide resources for the diving community here in Scotland.

ps cleaned some birdsh!t off my car last night and today i feel lousy. Could i have avine flu and mere hours to live?
