I've completed installation of a Directory system to enable us to save and comment on links to other diving websites.
The link to the Directory is in the Site Navigation panel to the upper left of hte portal page, www.congeralley.com (http://www.congeralley.com)
The direct link is http://www.congeralley.com/links/index.php
I have laid down some initial structure, but please let me know if you want to suggest other categories, or any other changes.
