Does anyone want a dive on Wednesday (21st feb)? The forecast for tomorrow and wednesday is dry, but heavy rain on Thursday ...
I'm thinking about Caves again ...

couldn't figure tail lights out at all - but i'm no mechanic so no surprises there. In garage tomorrow :o

My buddy and I were going to be going next wednesday but now rescheduled for 7 March if anyone wants to join. Probably Caves.

If anybody fancies buddying a night-dive novice, I'm free for a dive on the evening of Wed 28th.
Preferably nothing too technical or deep, just a general, "This is a taster of night-diving" type of dive.
I'm in Gourock and can knock off at half four so most Clyde sites are within easy reach.
Anyone interested PM me and we can sort out details.

Night Dive 7th March
PeterM (Scottish Divers) and myself are heading to Loch Long on this night. Hopefully with an entry time of earlier than 2130, like the last Wednesday night dive. I have invited Dan (Scottish Divers) to come and use his floodlight ;) but all others welcome. I have invited Scottish Divers along too.
Obviously dependant on weather, but here's hoping. Expect it will either be Conger or the caves, although I have read somewhere that the rope has been cut again....bastards. If Dan (need to know Dan's expeditions to understand) comes I am sure he will have it roped in no time though, complete with moving floor escalator and equipment lift, in fact he will probably have the whole underwater area lighted up with a coffee shop at 18m ;D
let us know if you want to join us, or if you planning somewhere more exciting and we might join you.

would be interested in meeting up as i need a buddy for Wednseday. haven't dived the caves and would like to do so but any site is fine. Would be leaving from work in Edinburgh and going straight up if required. Can be there from about 6 - 6.15pm dependant on traffic.

Well you didn't stop and say hello ya bampot. I was diving Conger Alley tonight with a mate that I havent seen in years and havent dived with for 12 years. Did just the one dive as thanks to the plankton bloom vis was about 2-3m. Not a great deal of life on it tonight, couple of congers, some nice soft corals and lots of swimmer crabs, oh and one cute wee baby dogfish that my mate picked up and ended up wearing it as a ring as it coiled itself up.

PeterM and myself are heading down to St. Abbs harbour Wednesday 11th for around 1800hrs. Anyone wish to join us, you will be more than welcome.
Weather looks good and tide is favourable, Biscuits still to be decided!
Should be a nice easy bimble from the end of the harbour wall to a max of about 14-16m for as long as our cold hands can take.

Chris and I are considering an evening dive next Wednesday 18th June, east of Edinburgh. As the bridge appears to be down in Dunbar, the harbour is the favourite option. Anyone else?

blast I booked an hours skiing pracitce for Wednesday night :p
