Do you park in the access track down to Kenmore where there are the obvious parking spaces but a 'No Parking' sign?
Do you park off the main road/ dirt track so that you are nowhere near the access road?
alex
Is Kenmore, where there are a few cottages down by the shore line and a gnome garden ? If it is there is a small parking space for a couple of cars at the top of the dirt track. We dived there last summer and asked if we could take the car down to unload then drive back up but were met with a resounding no. If kenmore isnt where im thinking then this has been utter gibberish.
yup. At the top of the track around the t-junction.
Great timing!
Dived Kenmore point yesterday with Stew & Fran and I just happened to have my phone / camera with me.
I have blogged yesterdays diving with a couple of photos including one of the parking. (http://thehappychappy.thedeepstop.com/2007/02/06/kenmore-point-loch-fyne-the-fairy-castle-4th-february-2007/)

Great blog, Davie! :D
Did you all arrange in advance to meet @ Kenmore?
The locals must have thought that they were being invaded!

Reason I asked about parking is that the residents must get annoyed by the number of divers sometimes - is there anywhere 'good' to park that is not by their parking spaces just before the bridge?
alex
i think davies pics within his blog answers the question on where people park.
(glad you cant see my car in the pic;) )
there really is no other place to park as the road is too narrow & would more than likely upset them more.
might actually be beneficial to ask the residents themselves what they would like us to do & not do.
i do know they dont like anyone walking across their grass (which incidentally is full of dog poo).
i think that weekend was exceptional, there was around 12-13 vehicles there at one point & perhaps up to 30 divers.
good blog Davie...
Cheers for the words of encouragement on my blogging :-)
Lots more to come when I get to Mallorca for three months :-)
