I do a lot of cave diving in France and I've just updated my guidebook which I produce for the eastern half. Apologies for the blatant self-promotion :D
It's available through Lulu.com.

Stuart,
Diving today with a Cave diving instructor - Marcia - good guy. One of 20 cave diving instructors here. Who are you planning on diving with if you go to Mexico? Protec? He works sometimes for them and also for Barrakuda Scuba who we are diving with.

first of all, you jammy sod!!!
We're planning on diving without a guide and just hiring cylinders. I'm not sure if it's going to happen yet, hopefully it will though.
Cheers,
Stuart
