I'm looking for a dive site for tomorrow (Sunday 3rd December). If anyone has had a decent dive today and has reasonable viz to report, please let me know.

Thanks

CraigDiver;)

Viz today at Two Piers, Loch Long was less than 3m. Still was an enjoyable dive site though (thanks to alex for the recommendation).

I dived at GDRE today (Sunday 3rd).
the viz was 2 meters at best.
temp was 11 degrees.
some moderate currant.
only one dive then we spent the afternoon in the village inn, eating soup, drinking stella (as i wasnt driving)
then to top it off, a massive slice of chocolate cake followed by more stella.
there is a god after all :D

Went to the Glasgow Parks Orienteering today.

Basically you run round a park and then retire to a cafe to refuel, then do it another two times. Victoria Park to start, the Kelvingrove Museum Tea room. Kelvingrove Park for number two, and the rain was just starting. Someone somewhere has a sense of humour. The final run was in Queen's park and the hill in the middle is called Camp Hill.

Final run was really, really wet. I know just how Fran feels!

Off to Tarbert next weekend. Going to get the drysuit wet.

Did the B200 at Furnace Quarry. Vis was good at about 4-5m on the wreck and not too bad in the shallows. 2nd dive around the Quarry bay, lots of dead fish and Langoustine discarded by the feking fishermen. Why catch something, watch it suffocate slowly and once it's dead chuck it back in the water. Why not chuck it back before it dies. I HATE FISHERMEN. At least a dozen dead Langoustine (probably bought as bait or something) and a dozen dead fish, most too small to eat.
