'lazy Sunday afternoon'

Who'se diving where on Sunday afternoon? After weeks out of the water due to flu and injury am getting back in on Sunday afternoon once my buddy finishes work. Would be nice to meet up and say hi to some of you lot :) put faces to the posts as it were. Am probably going to head for Conger or the Frames. Anyone know what the viz is like?
