Had a good dive, nice meeting everyone and putting names to faces. Enjoyed the chat over bar lunch too.
Thanks Ian. I enjoyed the weekend a lot, as did Bob, and someday will learn how to use a decant hose or buy a portable compressor. Which would be easier?
I lost my spare mask when I was messing around with my wet notes on my second dive heading to the wee boat. As long as the finders fee involves beer I'll be happy to pay up an pour out.
kenny found the mask go to atlantic divers forum for info :D:D
enjoying the warm water in malta just now and having to suffer diving wrecks in a shorty with 30m viz...o dear what a shame :p:p:p
What's the water temp like?
Thanks for a great weekend, Liz me and the boy, really enjoyed our self training provided by Ian was first class, thanks again Ian and Lindz for a great weekend.

Deffo was a great weekend, sorry about my Torch hiccup at 20 mtrs. you must have thought I was a right numpty:o
Next month we will do the next deepy and a good long skills circuit before the dive:):)
What torch , i never even noticed i was to busy tying to focus on diving independents, How much air have i got, change when i sup 50 bar out my first cylinder, now just focus on taking them down 100bar each side, ok change, ok start again . I know you get used to this with practice and i don't want to open up a can of worms, but it really was a task that i could have done with out. Back to the manifold for me.
Looking forward to the next dive though.
NorthernTechnical
24-09-09, 13:45
Yes I totally agree with you, diving independants is a lot of work. manifold is far better and with alot less gas management problems......
Cheers:)
P.S. this will probs start a rant with the divers too tight to get a proper set up:p;):D
Did somebody on that dive take a torch? :)
