found - tearooms 19/7 rubber thingy

looks like rubber protector for around a strobe head or torch.
about 5cm by 12 and circular.

if you tell me the colour i'll post it back ;)

tut tut , expected better from the older generation.
fyi found in 16m near end of spit , i was brought up
proper and wouldn't touch rubber things on the ground -
drysuits excepted :p
