Tried PM'ing Ding but think his mailbox needs emptied !!
I've been thinking about a couple of MetalSub pony bottle quick release systems (ie clamps) for my Inspiration to hold a suit inflation cyl etc. Is that what most Inspiration owners use? Do you just use the cam band or have you drilled holes in the case as well? Are the Northern Diver clamps similar and any good? :confused:

I use a Northern Diver clamp for my Pony and really like it - it's easy to get on and off - no idea about using it for a rebreather though; Ding's your man!
I will post pictures when I get back from diving. I'm off to the lochs, dont know which one yet but I'l know when I get there....:D

i'm surprised ND didnt get sued for breach of copyright when they developed their clamp.
there is little difference between the 2 of them.
but of course, metalsub is the best..
weight wise, if all your supporting is a 2 litre cylinder then either would do i guess. perhaps even an elastoplast
i use a metal sub system to support my twin set 2 x 10 Litre independants.
i have developed a pony clamp to support my manifolded 2 x 10 litres.
both of which attach direct to my wing & they are solid.
