Just finished the pricelist for the End Of Season Sale this weekend at Aquatron.

There will be some cracking deals but if some people were after something specific let me know and I'll try to give you a better indication what will be on offer.
I'm looking to anticipate and match what will be on offer at the Birmingham NEC Dive Show 2008 this November to save everyone a trip :D
Remeber there will representatives and deals from Northern Diver, Scubapro, Uwatec, Fourth Element and Beuchat.
Any ideas let me know.

I'll be looking for a nice 40m reel, DSMB and some shiny stainless steel stuff (clips and such like).
Knowing me I'll end up picking up some "spares" like last year. I still haven't used those 7mm mitts.
There's lot's of things I would "like", but guessing that all depends on the price! :D:D
My top likes would be a Pony Set and a Rechargable Torch, but will probably end up buying - retractable lanyard, spring fin straps and some zip lube. :(

Just as well I checked with everyone what they were interested in. We have great deals on BCD's, Regs. Computer, Drysuits, Undersuits and Wetsuits as well as a few other things but I forgot some of the 'odds and ends'. I'll see what I can do and keep the suggestions coming.

Don't worry you'll be well looked after ;) Some of the Apeks regs though I've seen in deals are discontinued but we'll sort something out if we can't get those specific models.

Awesome to hear that you're taking this on board. I find that the price of 'odds and ends' adds up way too quick which is why I've got all the big stuff (twins, wing, drysuit, regs etc) but don't have a good collection of SS clips or even spare o-rings.

how about a darkbuster
i use that. very good torch. id say the hook handle could be a bit longer as it feel small when im using think gloves, but that just my opinion. overall good torch!:D

I was down on Saturday and upgraded a few bits of kit for Scapa... plus a few indulgences like the Mk II Frogman Lenser.
Lots of very helpful staff on hand, plus some of the less helpful regulars :p and the craic was good. Awesome to see so many good deals but despite being the day after pay day I couldn't afford to spend as much as I would have liked to.

Got more bargains today, since everyone (almost) in our club was away to Loch Sween, I thought some more retalil therapy would help. Got a nice dive bag for holidays and a slate to commuicate with, instead of gesticulating at my buddy:rolleyes: I'm not much good at sign language.

I was in on Saturday,but I didn't have enough time. Bought a hood and a pair of gloves. Wanted to get fins, but the advise I got was to wait until I had my own drysuit, then buy.
Delighted with service and advice,no pressure to jump in and buy.
