Good and bad

We all have our good and bad dives, but todays was medium.

I have not scuba dived for 6 weeks due to work and holiday/travel arrangements, so I was eager to get in the water for an hour.

Bad part 1; went to put the regs on, and I had the cylinder valve pointing in the opposite direction when attached to bcd

Good part 1; an absolute honey out walking her dog while I was getting changed, camel toe and nips for a donkey jacket....

Bad part 2; I still look fat in a wet suit.

Good part 2; found a brand new, intact 3kg lead weight

Good part 3; saw a new nudibranch, nice with purple/violet colours (could actually be blue, but I'm colour blind)

Bad part 3; wife has my camera in her bag

Good part 4; saw a large octopus climbing into a toilet bowl

Bad part 4, dropped my Citizen promaster when getting changed and cracked the glass

Good part 5; 7 female Japanese students all in skimpy bikinis getting changed into scuba gear

Bad part 5; my dry suit is not fixed yet

then cylinder filled and off home....

may attempt some surfing with the kids after dinner.
