I am sure that will grow quickly enough, there is always someone on here selling some good bits of kit and good deals at a certain shop I am sure.

I will have a load of gear going on here tonight. I have a customer who is giving up diving and has gear to sell. Twin 10's, Custom Diver Wing etc

Where were you 4 months ago! Only kidding, I got a good price on my twinset which is in pretty good nick so can't complain.

That's all the gear you need for your own 'dive simulator' in your living room.

1. Put on mask and snorkel.
2. Puff loads and loads of talc into the air to create a 'white-out'
3. Fumble around bumping into stuff.

To simulate a typical dive in the Clyde; draw the curtains and turn out the lights too.

Not sure that your living room is suitable, would you not have to do this in an inustrial freezer to simulate it properly!

Glad to see we encourage new divers on this forum. Really it's not that bad - well, not all the time anyway.

industrial freezer put on the back of a lorry to simulate the waves and current, particularly our last trip to st abbs Peter? Although better with masking tape over the mask to be honest!

Don’t you just love the banter on this forum? It makes it well worth the effort to chew the leather straps off the straight jacket each mourning just to log on. :D

A big a welcome to the C/A asylum ScubaGranny

Thanks for the welcome, I must admit the banter is something else!!
I thought I was going to be taking part in some serious dive discussions, only to discover that instead you are all as mad as I am, not that I think I'm mad but my family and friends say so, therefore I must be.

That's OK, it's only when they start whispering, 'Kill them, Kill them All!' that you need a second opinion.

Suit is great, had a new neck seal put on last year, but only because it was too tight, really struggled getting in, now, touch wood, going great, regs too.
