Navigation update

I've made a small change to the top-level navigation bar (the one just below the Conger Alley logo on each page). As of now, the <HOME> button will link to the portal rather than to the forums menu. Hopefully this will be a bit more intuitive.

We can leave it like this for a wee bit and see how it goes.
