The benefits of posting them here is so others can read & it might just stop the incident being repeated by another.
I appreciate that sometimes we don’t want to be known for making mistakes so the offer of anonymity is here, should you wish to take advantage of it, post your comments to one of the moderators or administrators who will then happily post them on the site.
better to learn from the mistakes of others than your own.
