At last after six years I have ordered a tailor made dry suit.:D It will be so good to have one that fits ME. It is an Otter cordura with a cosy 200g undersuit. I cant wait to be warm and dry:D The ready made suits are about six inches too long in the legs and arms. Will be about six weeks, can't wait.

Black and yellow for a shallow bumble.

(bumble as in bee. shallow as in shallow bimble, re-read that and realised it might sound like I was calling you shallow :o )

Otter suits are great. :)

I've had mine for 5 years: love it. Especially now that I've replaced the zip & don't get soaked. :D

Hey, got my suit on Friday, thanks to Campbell Stewart, who collected it from Divers Warehouse Bradford for me. It is RED and Black (thought I ordered yellow but no worries) It is great to have one that fits.My son is most amused as he said 'hey look the zip goes half way down your arms'.
I was desperate to try it this Sunday but everyone in our club seems to be doing DIY this weekend:( :( Still hopefully next weekend.

Tried my new suit today. I had 6 extra pounds weight and still had a job getting down. Some more work needed on buoyancy:rolleyes: Still I was dry and warm. Have to put my cylinders in for testing so no diving for a couple of weeks probably:(

my own fault really. I couldn't equalise properly on Saturday, but I carried on. My ear drums are intact, but bulging a bit. Got some nose drops. Yuk! Thank you for asking.Cheers D.G.

My G.F did exactly the same thing in August... she perforated her eardrum! Glad you haven't! Hope it sorts itself soon.

Had my new suit on again. Much faffing trying to get down. Had to get more weight. Now up to 11kg, from 7kg on old suit.:( I blame the undersuit. It is so like a duvet, all puffy. Once I finally got down we had a good dive. Lots of congers, (we were at Conger) some spawning crabs, wrasse and a nice wee dog fish on the way up. Met Scotty Boy from Stirling. Once we were ready someone passed us in a 4 x 4, tooted and waved. Was it any of you guys:confused: Too quick for me to see who was driving.
ps My ears were fine today.
