Superb pictures Scott!
Are you doctoring these in Photoshop or something similar? Amazingly clear. :)
Hi Scott,
Nice subjects you have captured. Good composition and use of negative space. The shrimp shot is stunning, shame about the blown out highlights in the anemone. Even shot in RAW that exposure would have been hard to tame! But it’s a WOW shot and worth putting in some big time on PS to get the best from it. Bubble shot has also has the WOW factor.
One point of constructive criticism. Something is well amiss on the red channel; also noise and grain are noticeably evident in this batch of your photos. Look at the noise in the mask area of the diver shot.
If it is not an incorrect ISO setting on the camera perhaps you are overcooking them in photoshop. It's easy to get carried away in image adjustment programs.
Hope I haven't offended with the crit, but I know you are taking your photography seriously and it's best to have truthful opinions.

Constructive criticism is more than welcome.
In general these are much grainier than the previous posts. I found it a lot harder to get some of these shots due to the nature of the site. Lots of nooks and dookits for the interesting stuff to hide in meaning I couldn't get close enough with the camera or get the strobe where I wanted it. Also a lot more silt to get kicked up than the slates.
Also these where just given a very quick tweek through PS before she stopped talking to me  :D
The shrimp was in a horizontal crack. I had to have the strobe quite close to the camera to get it all into the space hence the blowout. Strobe was on the LHS as you've probably guessed. But I'll give it a lot more time and see what I can do. This has been cropped a fair bit as well as the RHS and bottom edges where fairly dark. To be honest this one was quite jammy as I couldn't get my head behind the camera to compose the shot. It was a point and hope for the best. It took a few shots, reviews and reshoots before I got this one.
The Poor Cod and the Wrasse where very deep in a crack. I kicked up some cr@p getting my rig in and took a few shots to get this one. Lowering the shutter speed each time, Even at that they where too far away from the lense for my liking. This has been heavily cropped so you don't get the feeling of how far away they where. I did like the rainbow effect along the bottom of the Cod though.
I've definately overcooked the "Starfish and Urchin", "Urchin" and "Wrasse and Gobies" pics. Also the diver pic. Well spotted on the mask noise. Need to spend some more time on these.
The Plumose Anemone has been autoleveled and some backscatter taken out. Might have increased the red a touch. Not a bad pic but nothing special.
The bubbles shot is as it came (appart from shrinking it) I was quite chuffed with these. Spent my 6m saftey stop on my back. Got a couple of nice ones. The other half has now commisioned these for the bathroom (when I finish it) as it matches the (soon to be) colour scheme.
