Diving twin piers on Thursday night with donnyscuba. As we were on our way in I found an egg, odd I thought so I picked it up. My buddy turned to me and motioned that we should take it down to 20m and crack it open, fair game to me, so I head off for 20m. Note to other egg-divers, it can be difficult to equalise with an egg in your hand.

So, we find ourselves at 25m and my buddy turns to me and says "I'm lost, we're at 25" to which I replied "egg?" (was funny at the time  ).

Photo luminescence was fantastic, first dive I've properly seen it. I'm sure it came in handy too when two frogman lensers died (thankfully one of them was only my backup) so we were left with the tail end of my D4R's battery (some muppet lost their charger). Never laughed so much during a dive. Truely eggcelent dive! :D

I know where the egg came from (and I'm not talking about the chicken)

well-cracked BTW :D

maybe Frogman Lensers aren't designed for submersed egg-cracking :o

A nice wee egg wakes up on the seabed one day.

I wonder if this is my mummy?.....maybe not, but it might be a nice new friend until my mummy comes back....weeee we're going on a journey, weee weee.....what exciting thing is going to happen next? that could be a lot of fun: any slope in mind? Glen Douglas Road End could be an interesting one.
