I was fortunate enough to have a couple of very pleasant dives (http://maps.live.com/?v=2&sp=Point.srykd6g5b0yy_Bridges%20of%20Ross_shore%20 dive__http%3A%2F%2Fstaff.stir.ac.uk%2Fcharles.mcgu rk%2Fdiving%2Flusac110807%2Fphoto5.jpg~Point.ssd9y bg5vnvr_Newfee_boat%20or%20shore%20dive_http%3A%2F %2Fwww.sportextreme.com%2Fphdidi15113%2F_http%3A%2 F%2Fstaff.stir.ac.uk%2Fcharles.mcgurk%2Fdiving%2Fl usac110807%2Fphoto8.jpg&encType=1) with the dive club from Limerick University last weekend.

Great scenic diving. :)

There were cotton spinners everywhere. I don't remember seeing these particular sea cucumbers in Scotland but maybe I've just been missing them. Have the rest of you seen many of these specimens around our shores?

A full blog is here (http://charlesmcgurk.blogspot.com/2007/08/great-craic.html) (with a different video from usual :o) with photos here (http://www.charlesmcgurk.ndo.co.uk/diving/).

Nice one Charlie.

I dived near Galway a few years ago and the place was covered in sea cucumbers. GReat (!) viz, although the swell was huge and fairly tiring after a while.

Your post reminded me of that, but also of the following sequence from Jackass, which is probably against the law (and if it isn't it should be).

Sorry: :D

Great blog Charlie- keys hidden in the wheel arches or in undersuit pocket but there is always that nagging feeling, "Have I left them in the boot?"
