I got the housing for the Suunto SK-7 compass from http://www.divingniknaks.com (http://www.divingniknaks.com/proddetail.php?prod=dsssk7) last week and I have to say it is a fine piece of kit.

If you don't have one, I'm here telling you that you need to get one. Much better than the chuncky strap that comes with the compass.

I've got the versions for my Vytec and D-timer and I concur, they are a vast improvement on any strap system for securing gauges/computers/compass and comparatively cheap too! (well, when compared with virtually anything else in diving they're cheap)

Aye. At £8.75 even if you are crazy enough not to see the improvement then you've not lost out on much.

You could probably punt it on ebay to some poor bugger for a profit and put the profit to getting your head examined :D
