Well he prob did, but being american he prob would've got sued for helping the guy get off, I mean what would've happened if he wasn't wearing his chair seatbelt....?

Mebbe he just hangs around truck stops with his seatbelt on, on the offchance. Easier han hitchhiking and cheaper than Bush Gardens. :D
